Planning Coordinator

Planning Coordinator Full‑time position located on site in Naples, FL. Reports to the plant manager. Summary: Responsible for a variety of administrative tasks and handling extensive paperwork related to materials management. Responsibilities Handle and organize documentation related to materials management. Utilize Excel and other software tools for data entry and management. Plan, create, and release job cards and packets to the shop floor. Work with Supply Chain to ensure all required raw materials are available in time to release orders. Assist supply chain on Kanban changes and additions; maintain Kanban for manufactured items. Attend cross‑over, non‑conforming materials, sales & operations, and any other meetings deemed necessary. Purchase order entry for raw materials and other goods (backup to supply chain). Scan documents into systems and to the supply chain team. Conduct floor count and utilize WinMan ERP. Perform any other duties deemed necessary by the Manager. Qualifications Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Strong attention to detail. Strong interpersonal skills to work in a team setting. Ability to multitask while prioritizing responsibilities. Self‑starter with ability to effectively utilize existing resources to solve problems. Computer literacy and comprehension. Ability to prioritize. Education and Experience Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Business, or related discipline, or at least one year related experience. Knowledge of ERP systems preferred. Familiar with Lean and 5S principles. No experience necessary. Language Skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work with various departments and vendors. Physical Demands Candidate must possess the ability and willingness to do the following (with or without reasonable accommodations): prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
