We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Occupational Therapist(OT) with pediatric experience to join a reputable school district in, Florida. Thisis an excellent opportunity to expand your occupational therapyexpertise while supporting students with diverse physical anddevelopmental needs. In this role, you will provide therapy andrehabilitation services that empower students to participate morefully in school-based tasks when their abilities are impacted byhealth conditions. You’ll work closely with the IEP team to developand implement individualized treatment plans using therapeuticinterventions that promote functional independence in theclassroom.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments to determine student functional needs andset developmentally appropriate goals
• Reassess progress regularly and adjust therapy plans to optimizeoutcomes
• Document evaluations, goals, and treatment plans in accordancewith school standards
• Select and utilize materials and equipment safely andefficiently to support therapy goals
• Perform all responsibilities with professionalism, care, and astudent-centered mindset

Requirements

• Active state license as an Occupational Therapist
• At least 6 months of relevant OT experience within the past 5years
