Restaurant Manager - Franchise

Overview This position is with an independently owned and operated franchisee and is a Restaurant Manager role responsible for ensuring the restaurant runs smoothly. Responsibilities Ensure the restaurant is fully and appropriately staffed at all times. Maintain operational excellence so the restaurant runs efficiently and effectively. Ensure that all laws, regulations, and guidelines are followed. Create a restaurant atmosphere that both patrons and employees enjoy.
