Degree in Physical Therapy, active Physical Therapist license and 1+ year of Physical Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

This on-site position offers you the opportunity to work across central and wider areas within Seattle, providing specialized PT services and collaborating closely with an engaged educational team.

This contract role begins in early September and extends through mid-December 2026, with a weekly commitment ranging from .8 to 1 FTE. You’ll work with students presenting various physical needs and make a meaningful, lasting impact on their educational journeys.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Active Washington State Physical Therapist (PT) license.
• Current ESA certification.
• Experience in a school-based setting preferred.
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
• Capacity to support diverse age groups, ranging from young children to young adults.
• Commitment to providing services exclusively onsite.

Role Responsibilities:

• Deliver individualized and group PT interventions in accordance with students’ IEPs.
• Assess student needs, develop targeted therapy plans, and track progress.
• Collaborate with educators, families, and related-service providers to ensure holistic care.
• Attend meetings and participate in multidisciplinary team efforts.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with district and legal requirements.
• Flexibly travel between assigned schools as needed (locations to be determined).
