About the Position

Registered Nurse – CVOR

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Days | 4x10-Hour Shifts (7:00 AM – 5:30 PM) | Onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Scrub open heart and vascular surgical cases, including wired vascular procedures
• Provide skilled perioperative nursing care within the cardiovascular operating room setting
• Participate in on-call rotation including weekday and weekend call shifts as required
• Maintain compliance with all facility competency, module, and assessment requirements

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 18 months of permanent CVOR experience required
• Active Registered Nurse license – permanent Ohio license or valid compact license required and must be in hand at time of submission
• Current AHA Basic Life Support (BLS) certification – must be active and in hand at time of submission
• One professional reference from a manager, assistant nurse manager, supervisor, or director in the applicable specialty from an assignment worked within the past 12 months
• No open background or license hits

Preferred Experience / Skills

• 2 or more years of recent CVOR experience
• Experience scrubbing both open heart and complex vascular cases
