Guest Experience Lead (GEL)

Description: McDonald\'s Works for Me. We are looking for a Guest Experience Leader at a McDonald\'s restaurant operated by an independent franchisee. The role involves creating feel-good moments for guests in a fast-paced team environment. Responsibilities Greeting guests and communicating with them while ordering Offering help with using the ordering kiosks Offering assistance to those in need of some extra hands Checking with guests after they receive their food to ensure satisfaction and offer assistance Ensuring kids receive a kid treat when appropriate Handling guest concerns Communicating with the restaurant team to provide feedback and recommendations Requirements We offer a part-time opportunity in which you can balance your schedule between 8am and 8pm. You must be 16 years of age or older to work as a Guest Experience Leader at a corporate-owned and operated McDonald\'s restaurant.
