If you have dealership management experience and excellent communication skills, apply today!Oversee daily operations, remedy customer complaints promptly, and ensure customer satisfaction metrics are metRecruit, hire, and train service managers, office managers, and sales/finance department managers to meet profit levelsAssist with the creation of affordable advertising campaigns and programs to increase sales and brand visibility for the car dealershipAttend manager meetings and establish good working relationships with owners, managers, and dealership staff to establish sales processes and recommend daily unit salesImplement growth strategies that align with automotive group objectives by carefully assessing profit and loss while maintaining vehicle inventory that meets the needs of the local marketReview monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements for accuracy and completion before sharing them with upper dealership managementLearn and uphold all local, state, and federal regulations impacting vehicle sales, and the automotive industry as a wholeBachelor's degree is preferred but not required; a high school diploma or GED equivalent neededThree or more years of experience in a sales manager or general manager position for a dealership or auto group is necessaryKnowledge of the automotive industry and trendsPossess a state-issued driver's license and acceptable driving record to operate dealership-owned vehiclesStrong communication skills; a track record of leadership; and the ability to interpret profit and loss statements are necessary for successCompensation: $52,000.00 - $62,400.00 per yearAs a leader in the automotive aftermarket, Meineke is constantly looking for driven and talented individuals to join our team.
