Overview The Terraces at Summitview's Skilled Nursing Facility was recently recognized as a Best Nursing Home in both the Long-Term Care and Short-Term Rehab categories. The Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for the total nursing needs of residents while actively incorporating our "Philosophy for Person-Directed Care." Shift Availability Day Shift: 6:45 AM - 3:15 PM Evening Shift: 3:45 PM - 11:15 PM Pay $42.50 - $54.37/hr depending on experience. Day in the Life Ensuring a safe and healthy environment for residents, staff, and visitors to participate in the resident’s daily life rhythm Performing comprehensive nursing evaluations and assessments Initiating plan of care as needed and appropriately supervising resident care Developing assignments in coordination with the care partners and keeping each team member accountable for resident care and satisfaction Responsibilities The RN manages all aspects of nursing care and supports a person‑directed care approach for each resident.
