Industrialization engineer

The role is focused on bringing products into production and managing their lifecycle — without being involved in design activities - acting as a technical point of reference between the italian headquarter and the US suppliers site Activities & Accountabilities Work with suppliers: select new partners and manage the relationship Act as the main point of contact between suppliers and internal teams Define and improve internal procedures (e.g. testing), collaborating with our USA team Carry out cost analysis and support cost optimization activities Support certification processes for the US market, including new product approvals Manage product lifecycle topics such as component equivalents and obsolescence, in coordination with the technical office Perform first-level troubleshooting and failure analysis Support customers by providing technical feedback and cost‑related evaluations when issues arise Visit to suppliers when needed for alignment, audits, or problem‑solving Studies Degree in Electrical / Electronic Engineering or related fields Qualifications At least 4-5 years of experience in industrialization, manufacturing, or similar roles Familiarity with electronic boards and production processes Ideally with a focus on power electronics Knowledge of main measurement instruments (oscilloscopes, multimeters, etc.) Proven experience working with suppliers Fluency in English is required Knowledge of a second language, Italian or French, is a plus #J-18808-Ljbffr MULTI ELECTRIC
