Pharmacy Technician

Location: Morrisville, NC 
Schedule: M–F 8:00 AM–4:30 PM + every 3rd weekend through October 5. Beginning October 5: M–F 1:00 PM–9:30 PM + every 3rd weekend.

Job Summary

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Pharmacy Technician to prepare prescription orders for Long-Term Care (LTC) facilities. This is a fast-paced, team-oriented role requiring accuracy, efficiency, and the ability to manage multiple tasks while meeting deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Verify prescription information and pull medications from inventory.
• Label, scan, and assemble medications into appropriate bins accurately and efficiently.
• Monitor and communicate inventory needs and maintain organized inventory.
• Remove expired/unused medications and replenish stock and supplies.
• Meet established pharmacy accuracy and productivity standards.
• Collaborate with supervisors and team members to maintain efficient workflow.
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation.
• Follow all applicable pharmacy laws, regulations, and policies.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted North Carolina Pharmacy Technician license .
• Active PTCB or NHA certification ; national certification preferred.
• Previous pharmacy experience preferred.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, multitask, work as part of a team, and meet strict deadlines.

Dress Code: Business casual; scrubs preferred.
Interview Process: One in-person interview.
