Job Description

Lead plant-wide safety and environmental programs
Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, and regulatory standards
Conduct audits, risk assessments, and training programs
Investigate incidents and implement corrective actions
Track safety metrics and drive continuous improvement
Partner with operations to build a safety-first culture

The Successful Applicant

A successful EHS Manager should have:

Bachelor's degree preferred
5+ years EHS experience in manufacturing
Strong knowledge of OSHA and environmental regulations
Experience leading audits and safety initiatives
Strong leadership and communication skills
