Customer Service Representative

CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE, WHOLESALE/MANUFACTURING The Customer Service Representative will initially work with order entry and customer service responses. The responsibilities include, but are not limited to working directly with businesses, agencies and other organizations as clients. The rep will attend conferences, meetings and presentations on behalf of the company to explain and promote the product and answer any questions or concerns from prospective clients. This role will be the main contact with clients in the assigned region, and will have great understanding of the company’s products and services as to better support clients.
