Key Responsibilities

• Perform thorough assessments of patients' physical, cognitive, and emotional health
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans based on patient needs and goals
• Provide therapeutic interventions to improve motor skills, daily living activities, and cognitive function
• Track patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed to ensure optimal recovery
• Educate patients and their families on therapy techniques, self-care, and long-term health strategies
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care
• Maintain accurate and timely patient records in compliance with HIPAA and other regulatory standards

Qualifications

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Current state licensure as an Occupational Therapist (OT) in Kentucky
• Knowledge of occupational therapy treatments, techniques, and best practices
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
• Flexibility to work with patients across various age groups, including pediatric, adult, and geriatric populations
• Organizational skills and a focus on providing excellent patient care and safety
