Compensation & Benefits
Starting Wage: $30.00 – $40.00/hr (based on experience)
Weekly pay + potential quarterly performance bonus

What You’ll Do

As a Commercial Journeyman Plumber at RLP, you will be a critical part of our plumbing team. You’ll work on large-scale commercial projects from rough-in to final installation and ensure our work is completed with precision, efficiency, and safety.

Key Responsibilities:
Install commercial and industrial plumbing systems on construction projects
Read and interpret plans, blueprints, and specifications
Inspect work, troubleshoot issues, and identify improvements
Ensure plumbing installations meet code, quality, and efficiency standards
Follow all company and jobsite safety protocols
Coordinate effectively with the onsite foreman to keep schedules on track
What We’re Looking For
Valid Texas Journeyman Plumbing License (required)
4–6+ years of commercial plumbing experience , on new construction projects
MedGas certification/endorsement is preferred
Strong understanding of commercial systems, tools, and installation techniques
Ability to work efficiently, solve problems on the job, and maintain high-quality workmanship
Professional communication and teamwork skills
Leadership experience or interest in mentoring apprentices is a plus
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Ability to pass pre-employment drug and background checks
