Overview
Join our dynamic team in Gilberts, IL, as a CNC Machine Operator! We are looking for a skilled individual who is passionate about precision machining and thrives in a fast-paced environment. In this role, you will be responsible for operating CNC machines to produce high-quality parts that meet our specifications. If you have a keen eye for detail and a commitment to excellence, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities- Set up and operate CNC machines, ensuring proper alignment and calibration.
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications.
- Monitor machine operations and make adjustments as necessary to maintain quality standards.
- Perform routine maintenance on machines to ensure optimal performance.
- Inspect finished products for accuracy and adherence to specifications.
- Document production data and maintain accurate records.
- Collaborate with team members to improve processes and efficiency.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification in machining preferred.
- Proven experience as a CNC Machine Operator or similar role.
- Proficient in reading and interpreting technical documents and blueprints.
- Strong understanding of CNC machinery and tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Basic computer skills for data entry and machine programming.
- Willingness to work flexible hours and overtime as needed.
