Many of our team members who started in housekeeping have advanced into roles in maintenance, leasing, and beyond.What you'll do:Clean and maintain vacant apartments to prepare for new residentsMaintain cleanliness in shared areas like the leasing office, clubhouse, hallways, and model unitsFollow cleaning checklists and ensure high standards are consistently metTrack and report supply inventory as neededIdentify and report maintenance issues to the onsite teamHelp maintain curb appeal by keeping entryways, walkways, and grounds free of debrisSupport the team during inspections, move-ins, and community eventsWhat you'll need to succeed:Required:Prior experience in housekeeping, janitorial, or custodial workAbility to work independently and manage time effectivelyAttention to detail and pride in a job well doneAvailability to work Saturdays (closed on Sundays) and maintain a flexible weekday schedulePreferred:Experience in apartment communities, hospitality, or commercial cleaningBilingual abilitiesFamiliarity with cleaning products and safe usageWhat you'll get: CAF offers one of the most competitive benefits packages in the industry—because we believe when we take care of you, you can take care of everything else.Commission opportunities based on performance15 Paid Holidays (including CAF Impact Day)PTO based on tenure:0–4 years: 15 days5–9 years: 20 days10–14 years: 25 days15+ years: 30 days3 Flex Days per yearMedical, Dental & Vision (employee medical starts at $65/month)401(k) with company contributions (after 6 months)Paid Parental Leave (10 days)30–50% Employee Housing Discount (after 30 days, if applicable)Recognition programs and a people-first culturePhysical requirements: This role requires frequent movement and physical activity throughout the property.
