Job Description

Automotive Technician – Discount Inspection & Brakes | Pasadena, TX

D.I.B. Automotive Group is seeking an Automotive Technician to join the Discount Inspection & Brakes team at our Pasadena location, located at 7419 Spencer Highway.

This position offers $25–$45 per flag hour based on experience and skill level (C-Tech, B-Tech), We offer a 5-day work week, tool allowance opportunities, training and professional development support, and opportunities to grow your career within D.I.B. Automotive Group.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

Perform automotive repairs and routine maintenance according to established standards
Inspect vehicles and identify repair or maintenance needs
Diagnose common vehicle concerns and assist with troubleshooting
Use automotive tools, equipment, and diagnostic systems safely and effectively
Complete quality work while maintaining a strong focus on customer satisfaction
Work collaboratively with other technicians and shop team members
Continue developing technical skills and knowledge of current automotive systems

What We’re Looking For

2+ Years verifiable automotive repair experience
Mechanical aptitude and strong attention to detail
Ability to troubleshoot vehicle concerns and determine appropriate repairs
Ability to use common automotive tools and equipment
Reliable, safety-conscious, and committed to quality workmanship
Willingness to continue learning and developing technical skills
