- Performall aspects of design for HVAC for Healthcare, Commercial, HigherEducation or Laboratory projects
- Provideadvanced heating/cooling load calculations with Trace/HAP
- Identify sequences of operations for AHU's, CHW and HW systems
- Developsections/elevations of complex duct work and piping areas, equipment roomsizes during SD and DD phases and air and water flows
- Editspecifications
- Assistwith completing RFI's for a project and review submittals
- Deliverappropriate documentation using proper scope for SD, DD and CD leveldocuments
- Meetwith contractors during bid phase to review design details
- BSdegree in Mechanical Engineering
- 8+years of mechanical design experience
- PELicense
- Proficientin AutoCAD and Revit
- Abilityto manage multiple projects at the same time
