State Farm Agent, located in Forest Hills, NY, is seeking a qualified professional for the role of Life Insurance Specialist. As a customer-oriented expert, you will market the best Life/Health insurance services and products to benefit clients and their families. Must have an active Life, Accident and Health insurance license to be considered.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Sell Medicare, Life and Health insurance policies to new and existing clients.
• Conduct needs analysis to identify the best insurance products for clients.
• Explain policy features, benefits, and exclusions to clients.
• Assist clients with claims and policy changes.
• Develop and maintain client relationships to foster long-term trust.
• Stay updated on industry trends and new product offerings.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.

As an Agent Team Member, you will receive...

• Base hourly pay $31.25 per hour plus 10% commissions on Life Sales
• Annual bonus if office achieves a bonus
• Paid time off (10 days paid vacation and 5 sick days plus major holidays)

Qualifications:

• Must have and maintain a New York Life, Accident, Health (LAH) insurance license.
• Bilingual a plus! Spanish, Korean, and Mandarin are all spoken in the office.
• Sales experience with emphasis on Life and Health insurance preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to understand and explain complex insurance products.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
• Proficiency with insurance agency software.
