This role will primarily involve providing physical therapy evaluations and treatments in a home health setting. We also offer:License reimbursement – financial support to maintain your professional credentialsReferral program – earn rewards for introducing fellow healthcare professionalsHealth insurance – comprehensive medical coverage for you and your familyCertification reimbursement – assistance with obtaining additional qualificationsWeekly pay – prompt and reliable payments every weekKey Responsibilities of the Physical Therapist:Perform physical therapy evaluation and treatment of patients based upon physician orders/referralsComplete comprehensive evaluations using appropriate tools and proceduresReview patient records for current diagnosis, past medical history, precautions, and contraindicationsEstablish measurable goals and develop treatment plansRegularly reassess treatment plan effectiveness and patient progressCommunicate patient needs and progress to the treatment team and relevant partiesConsult with medical providers regarding patient evaluation, treatment, and dischargeRecommend and assist in securing special adaptive equipmentMaintain and submit all required documentation timely and accuratelyAdhere to all applicable standards and regulationsSupervise Physical Therapist Assistants and AidesParticipate in staff development programs and maintain clinical practice skillsRequirements of the Physical Therapist:Must have a valid Physical Therapy licenseProficiency in Home HealthExperience with Home Care Home Base documentationFlorence: Where the Job Meets LifestyleFlorence, SC, offers a blend of Southern charm and modern conveniences, with easy access to beautiful parks, cultural venues, and vibrant downtown life.
