Job Description:
Need profiles below 15yrs
Assess the manufacturing facility's existing equipment, automation systems, and data infrastructure to establish seamless machine connectivity.
Leverage AI-powered tools to analyze machine data, identify operational bottlenecks, and support smart manufacturing initiatives.
Integrate shop floor assets, PLCs, sensors, and industrial IoT platforms to enable real-time data collection and monitoring.
Develop a digital twin strategy using NVIDIA Omniverse to create a virtual replica of the manufacturing environment.
Utilize AI-driven analytics and simulation capabilities within Omniverse to optimize production workflows and resource utilization.
Enable real-time visualization of machine performance, material flow, and factory operations for enhanced decision-making.
Implement predictive maintenance and anomaly detection solutions using AI models connected to machine and sensor data.
Establish a scalable roadmap for Industry 4.0 transformation, combining AI, machine connectivity, and Omniverse-based digital twins to improve productivity, quality, and operational efficiency
