What You'll Do Provide outstanding customer service to prospective and current residents Show available apartments and lease apartments in accordance with Fair Housing Laws Qualify prospective residents by verifying rental history, employment, and credit history Prepare lease documentation for new and renewing residents Collect and process rent , application fees, and security deposits daily Contact residents regarding delinquent balances and manage collections Assist with weekly and monthly reports , budgeting, and bookkeeping Coordinate move‑in/move‑out inspections and apartment turnovers Handle resident service requests and coordinate with maintenance staff Assist in marketing, advertising, and community events to boost occupancy Support renewal programs and help maintain a profitable, well‑run community Step in to manage daily operations in the Business Manager's absence What We're Looking For High school diploma or GED required 1+ year of property management experience (required) Yardi Voyager experience strongly preferred Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and email Strong sales, marketing, and customer service skills Working knowledge of landlord/tenant laws , lease terminology, and Fair Housing regulations Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and shifting priorities Self‑starter who can work independently and take initiative Reliable transportation Availability for occasional evening and weekend shifts Why Work With Us Join a team that values leadership, professional growth, and hands‑on experience in residential property management .
