HR Manager I — Talent, Payroll & Employee Relations

Cintas Corporation seeks a Human Resources Manager to support all general HR areas in Branford, CT. Responsibilities include turnover management, recruiting, payroll and benefits administration, and driving positive employee relations. The role requires at least 1 year HR experience and a degree in HR or related field; proficiency with Microsoft Office and HR compliance knowledge is expected.
