• Assist residents with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and meals.
• Monitor residents' well-being and promptly report any changes in condition.
• Encourage residents to stay engaged through activities and meaningful interaction.
• Work closely with families and fellow team members to provide personalized, compassionate care.
• Promote residents' safety, dignity, independence, and quality of life.

What You Bring

• A positive attitude and genuine passion for caring for older adults.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Dependability and the ability to work well as part of a team.
• Patience, compassion, and a willingness to learn.
• Previous caregiving experience is a plus, but not required—we provide paid training.
• Flexibility to work day, evening, or overnight shifts, including some weekends and holidays.
