Your Role: As our Inside Sales Representative, you will be the ultimate multitasker—keeping processes accurate and precise while building tight-knit working relationships with diverse departments in Belgium and across the globe. Compensation: salary: $58,000 - $66,000 per year shift: First work hours: 8 AM - 4 PM Responsibilities Customer communication: Serve as the first point of contact for customers, handling inquiries, complaints and maintaining relationships through calls and visits. Order management and follow-up: Process orders, ensure timely delivery, proactively follow up on delayed or missing orders and provide regular updates to customers on order status. Issue resolution: Address customer complaints, organize returns and shipments, and manage credit notes, acting as the voice of the customer within the organization. Data management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer information in the CRM system, including creating new customer profiles and tracking account statuses. Collaboration with the sales team: Work closely with the Customer Business Developers, participate in customer meetings and identify opportunities for cross‑selling or additional sales support. Product knowledge and quotation management: Develop a deep understanding of products, handle quotations, follow up on quotes and ensure all quotes are generated through the system.
