Job Overview

AV Taxi Rides is hiring an organized and motivated Appointment Setter to coordinate customer bookings, reservations, and service scheduling. This role plays a key part in maintaining efficient customer scheduling and supporting company growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Schedule transportation appointments and ride reservations
  • Confirm bookings and update customer information
  • Make outbound and inbound calls regarding scheduling needs
  • Coordinate with customers and dispatch teams
  • Maintain accurate scheduling records
  • Assist with service follow-ups and customer communication
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Strong communication and phone skills
  • Basic computer proficiency
  • Organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Professional and friendly demeanor
Salary Range

$18 – $25 per hour
