Dental Assistant

As a Dental Assistant, you’ll work alongside our pediatric dentists to provide exceptional care while helping create a welcoming, safe, and positive experience for every child who walks through our doors. Your responsibilities will include: Assist the dentist during a variety of pediatric dental procedures and treatments. Prepare treatment rooms, instruments, and materials for patient care. Help children feel comfortable, safe, and excited about visiting the dentist. Take dental X-rays and maintain accurate patient records as permitted by applicable requirements. Sterilize instruments and maintain proper infection-control and safety standards. Educate patients and parents on oral hygiene and post-treatment care. Support an efficient patient flow throughout the day. Communicate warmly and professionally with patients, parents, doctors, and fellow team members. Help maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming clinical environment. Jump in where needed to support the team and create an exceptional patient experience. Preferred Qualifications Pediatric dental experience is a plus, but not required. Dental Assistant certification or applicable state requirements preferred. Experience with dental X-rays and clinical procedures is a plus. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
