Client Relations & Marketing Assistant (Part-Time / Remote)

A boutique wealth management practice is seeking a detailed-oriented Client Relations & Marketing Assistant for a permanent, long-term part-time position. This administrative role focuses on email marketing, serving client requests, and service provider coordination.

Core Responsibilities

1. Digital Marketing & Client Engagement

• Build, format, and deploy marketing communications through email broadcast software.
• Manage contact lists, lead capture pipelines, and audience tags within CRM platforms.
• Format and standardize client presentation materials and external updates.

1. Client Operations

• Prepare financial applications and client agreements for electronic signature with high precision.
• Input and maintain detailed records within specialized financial planning platforms and CRM databases.
• Coordinate routine administrative workflows with service providers and custodians.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Professional Experience : 3+ years in a high-accuracy administrative or operational role. Background in Financial Services, Wealth Management, Banking, or Legal fields is strongly preferred.
• Technical Stack :
• Proficiency with Mailchimp (email campaign deployment, list management).
• Hands-on experience with HubSpot or comparable enterprise CRM platforms.
• Fluency with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Drive).
• Schedule & Availability : Consistent availability during PST morning hours (8:00 AM — 12:00 PM PST) for timely task completion and communication.
• Education : Associate Degree required (Bachelor’s preferred), or equivalent career experience in professional office operations.

Position Details & Working Conditions

• Status: Permanent Part-Time
• Weekly Hours: 10–16 hours per week to start (Flexible daily structure within PST morning window)
• Location: 100% Remote (US-based applicants with valid work authorization only)
• Hourly Rate: $25.00 — $30.00 / hour (Commensurate with experience)

Pay: $25.00 – $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10.0 — 16.0 per week
