Position Summary

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to support the development of high-quality marketing communications for Medicare Advantage products. This individual will collaborate with cross-functional marketing teams to create compelling print and digital materials while ensuring brand consistency and compliance with regulatory requirements.

The ideal candidate has experience designing healthcare or Medicare Advantage marketing materials and is passionate about producing engaging visual communications that meet business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Develop creative concepts and visual solutions for marketing communication projects.

Design and produce print and digital marketing collateral, promotional materials, presentations, and other communication assets.

Collaborate with marketing partners to ensure consistent messaging, branding, and creative execution.

Create layouts and customized design templates for future marketing initiatives.

Utilize graphic design software to develop high-quality marketing communications and multimedia content.

Support business initiatives and participate in process improvement efforts.

Ensure all marketing materials comply with Medicare Advantage promotional and regulatory guidelines.

Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Additional Skills

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) in Graphic Design, Marketing, Visual Communications, or a related field.

Minimum of 1 year of professional graphic design experience or completion of an approved Marketing internship.

Equivalent combination of education and relevant experience will be considered.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience designing Medicare Advantage promotional and regulatory materials.

Strong knowledge of print and digital design best practices.

Excellent visual design, typography, layout, and branding skills.

Ability to interpret marketing objectives into effective creative solutions.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively within cross-functional teams.
