Analytics And Project Management Resource

Payrate: $25.00 - $26.00/hr. Summary: This role serves as a central analytics and project management resource supporting the global unformed steel category team. The individual will drive data consolidation, market intelligence reporting, and executive-level communication materials across regions (NA, EMEA, APAC). Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain global steel dashboards (pricing, indices, cost drivers, supplier performance).
• Support category strategy execution through structured project tracking and milestone governance.
• Lead preparation of monthly and quarterly business reviews (MBRs/QBRs) and executive-level report-outs.
• Partner with category managers to translate market insights into actionable procurement strategies.
• Drive alignment across a globally distributed team by standardizing analytics, reporting, and templates.

Qualifications:

• 2-4 years of experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Finance, Engineering, or related field. A Master's degree can be considered with fewer years of experience.
• Advanced Data Analytics & Visualization skills (Excel, Power BI, Tableau or similar).
• Project Management & Organization skills (tracking multiple initiatives, timelines, deliverables).
• Executive Communication & Storytelling skills (translating data into clear insights and presentations).

Desired Skills:

• Knowledge of commodity markets (steel preferred).
• Familiarity with ERP or procurement systems (SAP, Ariba, etc.).
• Basic financial modeling / cost breakdown analysis.
• Ability to influence without authority.
• Strong stakeholder management across cultures/time zones.
• Continuous improvement mindset (process standardization, automation).

Pay Transparency: The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is: $25.00 - $26.00 /hour . Non-exempt positions are eligible for overtime at a rate of 1.5 times the base hourly rate for all hours worked in excess of 40 in a work week, or as required by state or local law. Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education and experience.
