This role supports a team to create unique and exceptional memories for our guests. We are committed to providing personalised and delightful services through anticipating and fulfilling our guests' needs. Key Responsibilities

Welcome to the core of what being a busser is all about!

Here's the quick lowdown on what you'll do day-to-day:

• Clear all tables from dirty dishes, silverware, glassware, and dirty linen; then reset tables for new guests
• Polish all glasses and silverware to be used in the outlet
• Responsible for transporting all necessary food/drink items from kitchen/bar to the dining room as soon as possible while following all standards of service
• Provides customer service to external and internal guests, as well as greeting guests who pass by your area
  

Requirements

Here's exactly what you need to excel in this role:

The Non-Negotiables (Must-Haves):

• Food and beverage knowledge
• Must be able to lift up to 20 pounds
• Have strong attention to details
• Available to work a flexible shift, including weekends and holidays

The Cherries on Top (Nice-to-Haves):

• Past experience in similar capacity, hotel preference preferred
• Has taken a Food/Alcohol Handler’s course
