Bartender/Mixologist

Our Private Upscale Country Club in Ladue is seeking qualified candidates to join our team! Bartenders - Part Time and Full Time - EXPERIENCE REQUIRED Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment alongside new and seasoned servers, bartenders, bussers, and Chefs to provide exceptional food, beverage, and bar service in a country club atmosphere. The right candidate can be trained in technical skills relating to the position. Experience and a willingness to learn is required. Full-time applicants are eligible for insurance benefits and holiday pay after completing 90 days of employment. Expectations Include: The successful applicant will be able to communicate important information between management, kitchen staff, and servers. Some experience is necessary, in both serving and bartending. Must be available to work some weekends and holidays. The ability to work quickly and adapt on the go. During our busy hours, we expect the bartenders to be prepped and ready to perform any tasks necessary to ensure a high-quality Club Member experience. Be a team player. Excellent customer service skills. Ability to work in a standing position for long periods of time. The part-time position would be an excellent fit for students, as the hours fall between 4:30 pm - 10:00 pm. Hours are a bit later on the weekends.
