Just a few Responsibilities

• Lead a team with proven experience to get the best results. 

• Be accountable for the daily operations and cycle times. 

• Communicate with body shop staff to ensure employee satisfaction and productivity. 
• Control Account Receivables and schedules in a timely manner.
• Perform daily follow up with Insurance Companies, Customers and vendors.  

Qualifications

Body Shop Management experience required!!

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Dexterity, requiring a steady hand, excellent hand-eye coordination

• Excellent customer service skills and basic computer competencies

• Positive, friendly attitude, along with an eagerness to improve

• Enjoy working in a dynamic environment

• Teammate with ability to collaborate with others effectively

• Ability to learn modern technology, repair and service procedures and specifications

• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
