Mural Group is partnering with a long-standing industrial manufacturer to hire an HR Manager for a unionized manufacturing facility in Dunkirk, NY. This role is ideal for an experienced HR professional who thrives in a plant environment and enjoys balancing employee relations, compliance, leadership coaching, and workforce development. The right person will serve as a trusted advisor to plant leadership while ensuring HR processes, investigations, and employee programs are executed consistently and professionally.
