Role Overview Account Manager Customer Service The Account Manager Customer Service manages ongoing customer relationships with a focus on service satisfaction, retention, and resolving escalated concerns. This role partners with operations to ensure customer commitments are met and looks for opportunities to strengthen the customer relationship. The ideal candidate combines strong customer service skills with an account management mindset. What You Bring 2-3 years of customer service or account management experience. - Strong relationship-building and conflict resolution skills. - Excellent communication and organizational skills. - Proficiency with CRM software systems. - Ability to handle escalated customer situations professionally. Key Responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customer accounts regarding service issues. - Resolve escalated customer service concerns in partnership with operations teams. - Monitor account satisfaction and proactively address potential issues. - Maintain accurate account records and activity notes in the CRM. - Identify opportunities to strengthen customer retention and loyalty. - Coordinate with operations to ensure service commitments to accounts are fulfilled. - Track and report on customer satisfaction metrics for assigned accounts. - Partner with sales on renewal and retention opportunities.
