What You'll Do: Process deposits, withdrawals, transfers, loan payments, and check cashing accurately Balance cash drawer and follow cash-handling and compliance procedures Provide friendly, professional service to members as the first point of contact Assist 40-50 members per day in a fast-paced branch environment Answer calls, respond to inquiries, and assist with basic account questions Support online banking and digital transactions Identify member needs and refer appropriate products and services Maintain member confidentiality and follow all credit union policies Support daily branch operations and work collaboratively with the team Job Requirements What You'll Bring: High School Diploma or GED required; some college coursework preferred 1+ years of customer service experience 1+ years of hands-on cash handling experience Strong multitasking and problem-solving skills Ability to remain calm, friendly, and accurate in a fast-paced environment Comfortable engaging with members in person and over the phone Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to travel between both branch locations Aleron companies (Acara Solutions, Aleron Shared Resources, Broadleaf Results, Lume Strategies, TalentRise, Viaduct) are an Equal Opportunity Employer.
