About the Opportunity A highly respected, fast‑paced litigation firm is seeking an experienced Litigation Attorney with a strong background in medical malpractice and personal injury . This is a unique opportunity to join a dynamic team that thrives on complex cases, strategic thinking, and courtroom excellence.

What You’ll Do
- Lead and manage a diverse caseload of medical malpractice and personal injury matters
- Conduct high‑level depositions , with a particular emphasis on expert witnesses
- Develop litigation strategy, draft motions, and prepare cases for trial
- Collaborate closely with partners and litigation teams to drive case outcomes
- Engage with clients, experts, and opposing counsel with confidence and professionalism
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of litigation experience , with a strong focus on medical malpractice and/or personal injury
- Demonstrated excellence in expert‑witness depositions — this is a core requirement
- Strong writing, advocacy, and analytical skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast‑moving, high‑energy environment
- Commitment to delivering exceptional client service
- Licensed and in good standing with the state bar
