• Role: Veterinary Receptionist
• Status: Part-time
• Salary: $17-$19
• Schedule: 2-3 day workweeks. Every other Saturday (9 am - 1 pm).

Animal Health Care Clinic in Clearwater, FL, is ready to hire a part-time veterinary receptionist (CCS) to add to their dedicated team. What We Are Looking for in a Veterinary Receptionists

• **Must have one year in the veterinary field**
• Previous customer service experience
• Great communication skills
• Dependability
• Basic knowledge of preventative care and vaccines
• Professional, compassionate communication with clients and staff.
• Computer knowledge. Avimark a plus!

What You'll Do

• Greet clients and patients with warmth and professionalism
• Answer phones, route calls appropriately, and respond to voicemails promptly
• Schedule appointments and manage a multi-doctor calendar efficiently
• Check patients in/out and ensure accurate client and patient information
• Collect payments, process invoices, and review estimates with clients
