The firm specializes in advising construction, engineering, and related industrial services businesses on M&A transactions. Key Highlights: Focus on M&A transactions within the construction and engineering sectors Strong deal flow with significant live transaction exposure Boutique platform offering direct client access and responsibility Collaborative, team-oriented culture with strong mentorship Better work-life balance than traditional bulge bracket investment banking without sacrificing cash compensation In-office role located in downtown Denver Requirements: 2-7 years of investment banking experience (open to Sr. Analyst - VP) Strong financial modeling, valuation, and transaction execution skills Prior M&A experience required Excellent communication and project management abilities Independent and confident decision maker
