Recruiting Assistant, Football (For Hire Only)

Working Title Recruiting Assistant, Duke Football Position Summary Duke University Athletics seeks a qualified candidate to assist the Duke Football Recruiting department with recruiting operations. This is a part‑time, benefits‑ineligible position that will conclude by the end of June 2026. Qualifications 1 year of experience working with a football program either as a student or intern. Knowledge, Skills, and Ability Effective written and verbal communication. Strong organizational and problem‑solving skills. Availability to work weekend, evening, and possible holiday hours. Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment, with keen attention to detail and the ability to multi‑task. Essential Functions Provide support with official and unofficial visits. Assist with daily office duties for recruitment personnel. Support Duke Summer Football Programming and Events. Perform other related duties as assigned to support the recruiting team. Demonstrate knowledge and commitment to NCAA and ACC rules. Anticipated Pay Range Duke University provides an annual base salary range for this position of USD $0.00 to USD $0.00. Contracts are determined by factors such as scope and responsibilities, candidate’s work experience, education/training, key skills, internal peer equity, and market considerations.
