Dial-A-Nurse

Job Description

Dial-a-Nurse is looking for the best, warm-hearted caregivers to be referred for short (4-5 hours) homecare shifts.

Do you want to go home at the end of the day knowing you made a difference in the life of a person or family? If so, we are looking for YOU.

Must be friendly, professional, and have excellent communication skills. We are looking for compassionate Certified Nursing Assistants and Home Health Aids to join our growing family!

24/7 caregiver support
Flexible Schedules
Short shifts / Long shifts available
Day shifts or Night shifts

Responsibility:

Complete daily tasks safely and professionally (ADLs)
Actively engage with each client by providing companionship, social & emotional support
Assist with personal care activities including hygiene, mobility assistance, incontinence care, light housekeeping, feeding, and meal preparation
Keep order, safety, and client enjoyment top of mind at all times
Provide transportation to and from appointments if needed
Detailed documentation of completion of tasks
Report changes in the client’s physical condition, mental capability, or behavior
Alert Care Manager / Staffing Coordinator of major changes or incidents during your shift
