Job Title: Skilled Equipment Operator - Crown High Reach

Overview:
Join our dynamic team in Fontana, CA, as a Crown High Reach Operator! Required Skills:

• Proven experience operating Crown high reach forklifts or similar equipment.
• Strong understanding of safety protocols and best practices in a warehouse environment.
• Ability to perform basic maintenance checks on equipment.
• Excellent spatial awareness and organizational skills.
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities.

Nice to Have Skills:

• Certification to operate forklifts or other warehouse machinery.
• Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS).
• Previous experience in inventory management or logistics.

Preferred Education and Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 1-2 years of relevant experience in equipment operation or warehouse settings.

Other Requirements:

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks as needed.
• Willingness to work flexible hours and potentially overtime during peak periods.
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.
