Blind Tiger Brewery & Restaurant is a Craft Brewery and Restaurant under one roof. We are the oldest and largest Craft Brewery in Topeka, and the first brewery in Topeka since prohibition. With our broad menu that includes Steak, Pasta, Seafood, & Bar-be-que, we are able to please any palate. Our kitchen makes everything from scratch, ensuring delicious and high-quality food for our customers. We take pride in our top-notch customer service and locally staffed & owned establishment. What you'll do:
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure a pleasant dining experience
- Take customer orders and deliver food and beverages promptly
- Answer customer questions and make recommendations based on their preferences
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure accurate and timely order delivery
- Handle cash and credit card transactions, and process payments
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work area
What we're looking for:
- Previous experience in a full-service restaurant is a must
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
