Responsibilities for Senior Marketing Manager: Develop and execute a digital-first marketing strategyto increase brand awareness and engagement. Create and manage contentfor social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Twitter, and Pinterest. Design and oversee guest-facing graphics, including menus, signage, promotional materials, and in-venue digital content. Work closely with designers and content creators to developvisually appealing, engaging, and shareable asset or both digital and physical spaces. Oversee daily social media activity, including posting, community management, and audience engagement. Plan and execute social media ad campaigns, including budget allocation, targeting, and performance analysis. Ensure timely and accurate menu updates, aligning with seasonal promotions and branding guidelines. Collaborate with influencers and brand ambassadors to expand reach and engagement. Track key social media metrics and analytics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement. Stay up to date withtrends, algorithm changes, and best practices to keep our social presence competitive. Develop and manage a social media content calendar, ensuring consistent and timely posting. Monitor brand sentiment and online conversations, responding appropriately to maintain a positive brand image. Work with internal teams to align social media efforts with promotions, menu changes, and seasonal campaigns. Test and optimize content for maximum reach, engagement, and conversions. Requirements for the Senior Marketing Manager BA in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or related field preferred. 3+ years of hands-on experience in social media marketing and graphic design. Strong knowledge of social media platforms, algorithms, and advertising tools. Proven experience growing engagement and brand presence through digital marketing. Skilled in content creation, copywriting, and storytelling for social media. Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar design tools. Strong design and layout skills for guest-facing graphics and print materials. Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple platforms, design projects, and deadlines simultaneously.
