GENERAL MANAGER

TRAINING: 8 WEEKS OUT OF OH/IN

Our General Manager acts as the "Head Coach" of the restaurant, managing day-to-day operations and building long-term relationships with staff and the community.

Key Responsibilities

• Leadership & Culture: Lead the Servant Heart Leadership Team, act as a role model, and maintain a positive restaurant culture.
• Communication: Provide clear and consistent communication to all teammates.
• Training & Development: Train, coach, teach, and mentor team members.
• Operations: Execute fundamental disciplines and manage daily restaurant functions to ensure high customer satisfaction and team performance.

The General Manger (GM) is leading member of the Servant Heart Leadership Team of MISSION BBQ. You are the “Mayor” of the Restaurant to Our Customers and plays a crucial role in the success of Our Brand.
