We have built a wide range of projects throughout our history, but our main focus has been on Industrial, Healthcare, and Commercial. - Minimum of 8 years of experience as a Project Manager
- Proven experience managing industrial, healthcare and commercial ground-up construction projects.
- Proficient in using Procore project management software or similar tools.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and legal regulations.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and make decisions under pressure.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
