Flying aboard our 30-passenger SAAB 2000, you'll work in a fast-paced, ever-changing charter environment where no two daysor tripslook the same. One day might be a quick corporate hop, the next an all-day charter with multiple legs. What You'll Do

This role blends safety professional, service expert, and operational support into one dynamic position:

Safety FirstAlways You'll lead all onboard safety responsibilities, from pre-flight checks to in-flight procedures. You'll brief passengers, secure the cabin, and respond confidently in emergencies if they arise.

Elevated Customer Experience You'll create a welcoming, professional environmentserving food and beverages, assisting with luggage, and ensuring passengers feel comfortable, even during delays or turbulence.

Operational Agility You'll adapt to changing schedules, last-minute assignments, and extended duty days (typically 414 hours). Overnights and multi-day trips are a regular part of the role.

Hands-On Cabin Management From stocking and organizing the aircraft to post-flight cleanup and inventory, you'll ensure the cabin is always ready for the next mission.

Team & Independent Work Some days you'll collaborate closely with crew members; other times, you'll be the sole cabin professional onboardowning the experience from start to finish.

Compensation & Perks

Total First-Year Earnings: ~$58,000

• Base Salary: $46,200
• Per Diem: $2.83/hr domestic | $5.50/hr international
• Additional pay per nautical mile flown

Work-Life Balance:

• Minimum 120 days off per year

What It Takes to Succeed

We're looking for individuals who are adaptable, professional, and service-driven, with a strong sense of responsibility.

Core Requirements

• Must be a minimum of twenty-one (21) years of age
• Valid U.S. passport (required at time of application)
• Required residence within 30 minutes of Milwaukee Mitchell International Airport
• Legal authorization to work and travel internationally without restrictions
• Ability to pass all background checks, including 10 year FBI/CHRC and FAA/DOT pre-employment drug test

Physical & Practical Readiness

• Comfortable working long duty days (4+ hours standing/sitting onboard)
• Able to lift 75 lbs, reach, bend, and assist with luggage
• Must fit safely in jump seat (including harness)
• Weight limit: 160 lbs (aircraft weight and balance restriction)
• Height limit: 5'7" (aircraft cabin constraint)

Lifestyle Flexibility

• Willingness to work nights, weekends, holidays
• Ability to accept short-notice assignments and multi-day trips away from base

Professional Traits

• Strong customer service mindset with a calm, positive demeanor
• Ability to learn and retain detailed safety procedures quickly
• Confidence managing high-pressure or unexpected situations
• Discretion and respect for passenger privacy

Additional Standards

• No visible tattoos or facial piercings
• No OWI/DUI and any other related charges that would restrict domestic or international travel
