The Staff Pad
The Staff Pad is recruiting a Board-Certified/Board-Eligible Otolaryngologist to join an established and growing ENT service at a hospital in Southern Illinois. This full-time, hospital-employed position offers a balanced mix of outpatient and inpatient care with strong clinical support. The role provides a highly competitive compensation package and the opportunity to practice in a high-demand specialty.

- 90% outpatient / 10% inpatient care

Compensation
- Guaranteed first-year salary: $525,000
- Sign-on bonus: $36,000-$50,000
- Quality bonus up to 2.5% tied to productivity
- Relocation allowance up to $15,000
