The Bellows Operator will operate the machines to create parts to the specifications. The purpose is to complete the shape of the bellow by shearing steel, jetline rolled steel, forming on the Bellows Press. Required to cross train across departments based on business needs.

PRIMARY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Operates the machine to create parts to specifications.
• Visual inspections of blank tubes.
• Inspects the parts after completion.
• Knows and adheres to standards of quality.
• Able to react to change productively and handle other essential tasks as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to understand and follow English instructions.
• Good math and mechanical skills.
• General computer skills.
• Manufacturing experience preferred, but not required
• Ability to operate lift truck
• Ability to read precision measuring devices, tape measure and pietape.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds; push/pull up to 70 pounds; transfer 50 100 pounds with the help of another person.
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time.
• Must be able to bend, squat, stoop, twist and kneel.
• Ability to use hand and power tools.
• Must be able to work a minimum of 40 hours per week.
