5 MD/DOs 3 APPs
M-F schedule; approx. 15-18 ppd
1:4 Hospital call schedule
Highly Marketable Base comp + wRVU Production Bonuses
Associate-to-Partner pathway (inc. UD Equity, Endo ownership, etc.)
